I have to say Deidara & Itachi, They have alot more capabilities other then Kisame & sasori (In my opinion)

This is a hard one, but itachi is an elite ninja, and he has the art of explosives with him. i'll have to think.

I posted before he changed it. Anyway C4 can kill Kisame and Itachi but not Sasori.

ima say kisame, and sasori.... sasori cannot be put in a gengutsu.. his 300 puppets can take down itachi.. his iron sand can block any of the bombs with ease.

Kisame can spawn a lake on top of everyone, and make a counless number of water clones with samehadas! to end the battle.
