VENT!!! read at your own risk.

Yesterday I was bored so I played on wifi using my "Shonen Jump" file. (999 wins) Everybody D/Ced on me except for 1 guy. :p Some D/Ced before the match started and some D/Ced after their entire squad had one turn and could not kill anyone in my squad. Some D/Ced when Hinata put everyone to sleep. And some D/Ced when they had their last ninja or D/C when they lost.

Now I remember why I don't use that file. Everyone is scared of my record. :mad:

One guy had 300+ wins 1 Loss. He stands in the front and I know he will D/C on me. :shock: There was also 1 guy using his AR on wifi as when I try to switch out Lee he D/C's. Then five second later I get him again. Happened 7 times. :roll:

This weekend I use a fast AGI team and destroy everyone. 3rd Hokage, Kiba, Lee & 1010. D/Cing me left and right. Sheee! My Lee is only 750 AGI and I have been going first. 1010 has 624 ATK and she was dropping people standing in the back. If they are still alive, Kiba mops up and they are all dead. Only the ultra noobs with those weird formations survive the onsloth and the 3rd had to kill them.

So I change to Itachi, Ino, Lee & Orochimaru. Same results as the first team. Everyone get dominated and then they D/C. Same 750 AGI Lee and I still go first.

I get the feeling no one is using Chinese Medicine Pills on their squad.

My best competition came from *ALEX* (from Canada) & REY SOL (Ultra Noober) but yeah they both D/Ced on me too!

look at it this way. if i lag then that means we both get 100% chakra build. so the point of the game now is strategy...and dont go thinkin its skill when it comes to chakra build. all it is is tappin "a" real fast and rubbin the screen. theres no skill in either.
Wrong! There is a difference. You use 1010 RTD's or the 3rd Hokage's Shuriken Shadow Clone. Ninjutsu like these will be powered up dramatically if you get 100% chakra builds compared to 50% which everyone will get when they battle me. You were getting 100% because of the lag. You can double your damage.

Me on the other hand use mostly elemental jutsu's so the build is not a as dramatic. 50% or 100%, it makes very little difference. Fire Style: dragon flame bombs, Ino's mind confusion jutsu, etc.

So your lag is only a pose just like your sig. I remember I played you about a week ago and you did not have as bad a lag as before. You know what happened??? I was destroying you and you D/Ced.

How long have you played this game? I was playing this game from Dec. 2008. (11 months) In this game, the longer you play the better you get. You been here for what? A month or two.

Dude, you are not a PRO! Cloud would agree with me.

If I use my favorite team, (Itachi, Ino, Lee & Hinata) I will use ZERO Professor and Taijutsu Master tags! I also use only one Jinsoku greaves on Lee and Indante or Hokage Mantle on Ino/Hinata.

Let me spell it out for you... you obviously think cheating to get 4 Jinsoku greaves is bad... but that lagging to get 1.5-2.0x the normal damage is A-Okay as long as you're facing someone who's proving to be better than you in every possible way and as long as this method doesn't involve AR in any way...

Of course, Jinsoku greaves will make a difference, however I don't believe it's as big as you might think. But compared to your exploiting lag to get a full build, cheating to get a few extra items ain't anything. Even if I played without the extra greaves, I'd still have a pretty good record, but I'd probably have a bit harder of a time against the other pros who have used AR. And regardless, unlike you, I'd take a loss. xD

Wow, a lot sure has happened while I've been playing Borderlands, lmao.

The only reason im throwin my hat into the ring is the whole "not beaten in 6 months" comment. (unless, of course, you mean your BEST profile wasn't beaten in 6 months) C'mon, Madara. Am I that forgettable?
You beat me with a squad that I used to fool around. (Random) I'm undefeated with my Itachi, Ino, Lee & Hinata Team.

When you beat me I had Shikamaru, Gaara and Kankuro. They are not my best team. With my best team I'm undefeated.

From the looks of things, you're the shell of a girl that Rock Lee Fan used to be. Ashy Boy? Cheaters? Green text? Doesn't surprise me.

So, you forget about the game then D/C in battle? If you don't care about your losses record, then Flee.

Lagging on purpose for getting twice as much power? That's worse than using two Jinsoku Greaves. I use Equipment to enhance most characters, not Greaves. Yes, I do use two Jinsoku Greaves. Yes, I do use a Professor Tag, but I don't use two Professor or Taijutsu Master tags in the same game. Too much NIN. I thought you figured that out by now.

I'll play you any day, and win for sure. As long as you don't "D/c because you feel like it" or "lag on purpose".

(btw, guys, I'm back for a day or two. Just couldn't stand not-posting in this arguement.)

lol what's up chidori it's been awhile. and yeah 3500z I understand this is a different argument but it seems to be going the same way as it did last time. anyway anyone played someone named Vincent 215+/- wins 1 loss...I beat them twice in a row first one that let it go to the win screen so i got my "points" but the second they d/c after i take down 3 characters.

I haven't been playing awhile, so I can't tell. But I do remember that people with good scores & low losses were gonna D/C (if i didn't know them). At first I thought they were anti-noobs like us from other boards, but I guess not... Perhaps we're the only ones who know how to NOT D/C!

Btw Kaz, I'll play you on my NPOTN2 game soon, if you want. I haven't played for a while, I might be on Fixed for a little bit. Plus, I'm not even using a real Stylus... And if I use other things than that I have scratches. I have a HUGE circular scratch from making Poffins in Pokemon...

Hey 3500z, I do need to remind you that there IS an edit button in order to add things into a post. Better to do that instead of having someone with infraction powers coming along and infracting you on the spot for posting 4 posts in a row(even if the posts were made on different days).

You should also see a delete button when you click the edit button next to your posts. It'd probably be good to take a moment and delete 3 of the 4 posts you've made now and move the content within them to the 1 remaining post of your choice.

Spared? 0.o Not quite the word I'd use... Sounds too much like "I'm sparing you your life".:lol: I'm just willing to overlook it, even though I probably shouldn't. It's typically common courtesy to NOT double post on any board. The only reason people get away with it on GameFAQs are for two reasons:

A. There's no post count thing on GameFAQs(there is on Glitchspot though but it only goes up if you're actually logged in on Glitchspot).

B. The NPOTN2 board on gameFAQs is relatively unpopulated, so no one cares at all.

Yeah, I DID end up coming back on, as you can see. I finally tested my team against a skilled opponent, so I feel like I can end my day on a good note.

I also fought that guy. On my second profile, I do the opposite of this guy. I try to bring the team down to one person, hurt him badly, and then FLEE.

Hehe, thanks. Maybe if I ever get a stylus, I can stop u from getting a full build :). The truth is that I usually play this game while laying down, but I get up and go where there is a decent signal when I know I am fighting someone tough.

Edit: Twice, lol. I was like he knows better than that. The irony is that the tags which gives me those jutsu is the "Talent for GENJUTSU" tag, and yet, sealed jutsu does not fall under the category of Genjutsu.

1) Zack: 150+ wins, 7 losses
2) David,',(Mexican) 350+ wins, 1 loss
3) F**k you white fang!!!: (that whole thing is the name, this is not me directing anything at whoever white fang is) 300+ wins, 0 lossees

ALL of you d/ced on me, #'s 1 and 2 MULTIPLE times. So, im done for today.

How many summons was it on her??? lets see...bunta, manda, the slug, and enma?? wow nice since just summoning all of them should have emptied your chakra let alone the anub's nin points considering all of those are over 100 nin. Good long drawn out match though.

Ok new note for 12/27 Stefon 100+ wins 19 losses. What the heck??? i played you like 10 times tonight and you d/ced me everyone of them...you obviously aren't learning anything from your matches because you couldn't beat me while i'm using 3rd, Itachi, GAI, and KAKASHI...that team stinks!!! take a loss and learn something cause you were going first, using the lag trick, and had a custom team good grief...ok sorry i'm done now.

That's why there are no good players except you original pros. Nobody bothers to learn. It is really sad that a team of genin could not beat an all TSC team. (not to mention you had Kakashi and Itachi who I personally think are 2nd tier TSC's)

I eventually realized not long before I quit this game, about the fact that some people(although sometimes it seemed like a lot of people) just don't learn anything from WiFi battles. It used to always bother me when I'd face the same noobish guy over and over again, and although it seemed like they made some changes to their team before I'd face them a second or third time, I'd still own them no matter how easy I went on them.

The clincher was when even after I made the FAQ that spells out sh*t loads of strategy for the game, I'd see people on WiFi who'd use some of the stuff I talked about but never seemed to learn or care about how to apply the info I accumulated for them into their own strategy.

It's one of the reasons why I gave up on the game. I didn't want to take it easy on the noobs by using a weaker team, because then they don't learn much of anything at all even if they'd win. So eventually I gave up on thinking that there'd be anyone new who'd actually get good... That, along with the fact that all of the pros played at night when I was trying to sleep, I just decided to retire. Although I have dropped in on WiFi twice within the past 4-5 months it's just not as addicting as it used to be.

I have to agree with Ashen.

Sometimes I face new people, and I try to make it obvious that I'm trying to teach them something. Making an easier team, even changing my name. Seriously, they have to learn. Either they copy the exact same things Ashen says and not implement them into their team, or try to and epic fail. This is why I quit; hackers, D/C'ers, new people not learning everything. Like Ashen said a long time ago, I think I killed them playing so "rough" when I was going my easiest. :shock:

But yeah, I retired a long time ago and I rarely play even on FC Battles. It's not as addicting, as Ashen said, when I could play for like an hour on a daily basis. Not anymore.

2. Not sure if I said thanks for that. Oh, well. Thanks for making that FAQ! That, along with Rajam's thread got me thinking about this game. Also, lack of reading your FAQ would have pissed me off the most. I wouldn't need another reason to quit the game than that.

I hope you will at least play the next game. (if it ends up existing) While this game needs a good tweak-a-palooza, it has one of the best JRPG battle systems out there. (regardless of horribly cliched plotline :)) Plus, I would like to see how the other pros that quit before I started played the game.

^ Dude, there was no such thing as Ashen's FAQ in my time. The only thing I helped him with was what Jutsu's for Summonings were Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Buffs, etc.

Yep, that's how they said it. "Kakashi's moves take too much strategy. Well, Itachi is hax! Amaterasu FTW!" That's it. They lose again. "I forgot to use Amaterasu to the full potential. Maybe Bring Down The House! I heard that's good." Lose again. "Tsunade has good heals." Lose. "Kisame has water. Which is good." Lose. "The 3rd HOKAGE! He's a HOKAGE, right?" Lose, but spams Enma. "Let's try Enma again first thing." Lose.

Yes, I know that it DIDN'T exist. But it does now, so there is no excuse for the current level of mediocrity that plagues this game. With 20 minutes of research, almost anyone could put up a better fight because of our posts and Ashen's FAQ. Also, I fought someone today named "Please let me win" LOL.
