Idunno about base Ulquiorra. Anyone else annihilates her.

I say she stops at 18, either that, or at the Flash.

I agree with Vatanui, although Ulquiorra or Ichigo should prove a challenge, she stops at 18, for sure if she gets passed the ones others have mentioned, and she can't beat Flash no matter what, his punches are like Nukes.

Tia Hallibel is a character in Bleach. She is the Third Espada.

I agree with Vatanui, although Ulquiorra or Ichigo should prove a challenge, she stops at 18, for sure if she gets passed the ones others have mentioned, and she can't beat Flash no matter what, his punches are like Nukes.

She most likely stops at 18, R2 Ulquiorra feat wise would be too much for her, and she is in no way even hurting The Flash, he'd just steal her speed anyway and he can become intangible.

I say she stops at Buggy the clown.

I mean, she can't really cut Buggy and that's her primary source of attacks if I'm not mistaken.

That's pretty much true, her only different attack is one of her Resurreccion's Specialty.
