Deidara vs Mr. 3

Deidara vs Mr. 3 from One Piece. What do you guys think?

Candle wall blocks most of the bombs as they were able to block luffy's blunt gum gum hits. C4 takes prep time but it would most likely be able to get to Mr. 3 as theres no counter for it. However, I think that Mr. 3 is fast enough to use Candle lock to lock up Deidara from the very beginning. If Mr. 3 can't lock him up though I think that Deidara would be able to win.
