I'd say Tsunade, from feats she's a lot stronger then him and powercaling puts her around his level of speed.

Katsuyu negates physical attacks if it were to bond with her she could tank all his attacks, Katsuyu managed to negate the damage from Chou Shinra Tensei which is> Morning Peacock.

Plus, with her regen she could just regen from the hits and be able to fight for a longer time.

Tsunade couldnt beat guy if you ask me. he has superior taijutsu skills and I dont think tsunade has any long range jutsu. Therefore Guy wins

True. Maybe I underthought my answer. With Katsuyu on her side she will probably win. Unless Guy managed to wear her down by dodging her attacks which might work. Tsunade gets tired easy from the strength of her attacks.

I almost didn't recognize you there Rocklee...

Anyways I think Tsunade wins. They're both good at taijutsu but Tsunade can heal, and use Katsuyu to her advantage, by having Katsuyu serve as a distraction or tank Guy's hits. Also Tsunade can probably keep up with Guy's speed with what's been shown, and she's shown more strength.

Tsunade wins. She is shown to be stronger with feats, and she also has healing abilties and Katsuyu.

Tsunade wins, unless Gai decides to open six gates at the very start of the match and Tsunade can't summon Katsuyu in time.
