Now here is my evidence:
In the first episode/chapter that she played a role as a teammate in,she stated to "Sasuke","Naruto is so annoying,he doesn't understand me at all..." So on.
Then in the Chunin exams she definitely gained some respect for him,and even started to think of him as a friend. Then when Sasuke left the village,after making her request,"This is my lifetime request,please bring Sasuke back to me." She then remembered her talk with "Sasuke" and then thought,"Naruto,you've always understood,you've always been there when I needed you the most."
In Shippuden,she notices that he's more attractive(no big deal really though) and also a little more mature. (in some ways...) She notices how much stronger he is.

I also remember,as they were rushing after Gaara when he was captured:
Team 7 is jumping through the trees,trying to catch up with Deidara and Sasori. Then Granny Chiyo tells them that once the Biju is extracted,the host will die.
Sakura,of course,says or does something showing concern(not sure what,I forgot,sue me) And Naruto says,"Don't worry,we'll save Gaara." She pretty much says that it's Naruto she's worried about. (Yeah,maybe just as a friend)
There have been plenty of signs of her growing to care more and more about Naruto,and I honestly think it will end up with love.

Now the debating begins,and although I started it,I will not be in it much. I'm mostly laying this for fellow NaruSaku fans to use in the argument.

She actually gave out reasons for her love for Naruto. What she must've been lying about is that she doesn't love Sasuke anymore, she probably loves both of them by now especially from Naruto's POV.

I go for NaruHina. In the beginning, when Naruto (as Sasuke) was about to kiss Sakura (before he got the "runs":lol:) he said he realized why he likes Sakura. My theory is that he likes Sakura's stubourness so when Sakura was "nice" and said she loved him (and any other time Sakura was nice), it freaks him out. He also still thinks of Sasuke as a rival and he doesn't want to lose to him. Another thing that blows a hole in the whole NaruSaku thing is the fact that Sai was the cause of Sakura saying she loved Naruto (along with a couple of subreasons) because he told Sakura that Naruto loved her (and he didn't want him telling her that). Hinata, however, didn't need anyone to tell her Naruto's feelings. Instead, she went on gut instinct and trusted in her own self esteem (she also didn't stutter as she usually does) when she told Naruto that she loved him.

I only said it was a theory. In a sense it fits because he had the look of a guy who had just been freaked out. haven't you noticed each time Sakura did something nice for him he gets a little freaked out?

I believe that Sakura loves Sasuke,but not as if she was his boyfriend,but as a very very good friend.So she is somewhat halfway lying,but I think that she actually does have romantic feelings for Naruto.Most of the times she cries in Shippuuden is because of worrying about Naruto.

I dont know you guys, I think the conversation is gonna take a complete 180 and stun us all, because there are alot of ways the conversation can go from here and I think that is why Masashi ended it this way. I have 2 theorys.

One : Naruto wasnt refering to sakura when he said he cant stand people who lie to themselves, if you think about it my opinion of course Naruto has been in denile about sasuke coming back, and sakura just gave him the wake up call he's been needing, witch only sakura could give him because he would probably kill anyone else who tried that on him :D, and also since he obviously feels obligated to keep his promise to sakura, because HE LOVES HER!

Second : If naruto was refering to sakura about not standing people who lie to themsleves, then Naruto is completely wrong, because you could see how sincere Sakura was being, she was even blushing when she was talking to him. I think she is gonna cry when the next chapter comes out. Besides I think Naruto could have the impression Sakura is under some trance, if that happened to me, (a girl who made fun of me all the time suddenly said I love I too would think it was some sick joke.) though in Sakuras defense she has been much more respectful.

That's how I see the next chapter going and really in the end all we can do is speculate. By the way I can't wait to see Killer Bees fight!! :)

SasuSaku: 45% If Sasuke confesses to Sakura (this would be tough and interesting)

NaruSaku: 60% because if Naruto says that he loves Sakura then BINGO! NaruSaku automatically but sadly for me v_\\

NaruHina: 80% because Naruto now knows that Hinata has been like this from the beginning but Sakura loved Sasuke in the beginning so Hinata was first and tried to protect Naruto and that's why Naruto went 8 tails for this when Pein injured Hinata.

Back to SasuSaku: AND FOR THE REASON FOR NARUHINA, the chance of SasuSaku grows higher to 70% :/ because it's either Sasuke loving Sakura or Sakura remaining single. (you do know that Sasuke hid his feelings for Sakura in the first Naruto episodes, right? If not then WATCH CAREFULLY. He hid his feelings for Sakura to reach his goal killing Itachi) So itachi's fault -_- and Danzo's fault for Itachi killing the Uchiha clan and making Sasuke evil -_-

My only real arguments against NaruHina are:Naruto has never shown any interest in Hinata like that,and the fact that Naruto and Sakura have a much deeper relationship. Okay true,but Naruto is a very caring friend. And also,Hinata has been someone he really cares about(yes I admit that much) like after the Neji vs Hinata fight he was really ticked off about how cruel Neji was to her. But,Naruto has strong feelings for Sasuke too,and probably isn't gay. There's no doubt that he really cares about Hinata,I just think NaruSaku is more likely.

Really though,the point of this topic isn't just NaruSaku(although that is the main point) it's also pointing out how strong their bond has become. So I believe that no single tough conversation will ruin their relationship. So it's for two reasons,1 to support NaruSaku and 2 to tell people that the conversation between Naruto and Sakura a few chapters back doesn't mean anything bad for NaruSaku.

I agree ^_\\ I just get competitive cause i AM a competitive type over sports and games, etc. But in couples and stuff...it's LOVE you're dealing with. It can consume your whole life... But the fact that everyone else is being competitive and defending NaruSaku so much. I just thought of giving defense for MY reasonings. But to tell you the truth, you don't seem like those rude Pro-NaruSaku fans ^_\\ So i'll be honest with ya...I used to like NaruSaku, too. But i just developed feelings for SasuSaku because NaruHina had a greater chance. It's my opinion, i just think SasuSaku is really cute =^_\\= (it also reminds me of me and my gf)
