Who would win this one?
The range would be 70 meters apart.

And Asura can't fly too long.

Asura has durability and multiple long range attacks, I think he would probably take this.

If Guy opens the 6th gate he could destroy Asura. Otherwise, Gai simply won't be able to do serious damage, as Asura withstood a direct raikiri and survived. Asura's projectiles would then destroy Gai.

Guy almost never starts with 6th Gate, also he could easily shoot the head laser and kill Guy when he charges it.
