I didn't know about 10-tails before I made this but when i heard about it I wanted to find out what it was since it hasn't been mentioned (or i missed it) in the manga I read. Thanks for the info.:D

It's because most of the others are thinking, don't care, and/or don't want to mess with the Juubi because it's appearance will be revealed later on. (Though it'll probably be by the end of the series)
