If after they start to go out, they start communicating properly and REALLY try to make it works, I don't see why the relationship won't last.

opposites can attract one another, but im not sure about them getting together. She's too quiet, and shy, and I dont think Naruto can deal with that, but he is a nice, and caring person, but thats just my opinion. He already said, he thinks Hinata was weird when they were younger.

This is my opinion; I'm not trying to offend anyone who disagrees or likes NaruSaku or hates NaruHina or anything....

I'd be like "All RIGHT!" and ask Naruto to treat Hinata right (but not be too worried, since I know he will). Despite my own romantic inexperience, I'd do my best to be Hinata's romance advisor. Sakura may be a bit jealous, but would hopefully get over it and realize that she loves Naruto more like a brother anyway. Then if their relationship goes well (which I'm hoping it will), then I'll be the maid of honor (see username) :mrgreen:! That comes much later, though, they're still only 16....;)

everyone would be shocked that naruto can get a girl like her

Sakura: naruto would b to preoccupied thinking about hinata on missions and training
he would barely have time to talk to his team bcause he is with hinata
finally sakura wouldnt b able to stand it: (after seeing naruto having so much fun with hinata, sakura would finally realize that naruto is the person she was meant to b with): she would tell naruto how she truly feels and naruto would hav to explain to her that he has been by her side all these years and she never realized that he was the one , so sakura would get turned down (missed her opening) and naruto would remain with hinata for the time being :p
