Well......let me think, I don't know much about Deadpool.

I believe that Pain would win though. Pain is much faster though, which means that he can most likely dodge automated weapons or if the bullet was close enough he could Shinra Tensei it away.

One large scale Shinra Tensei and Deadpool shouldn't be able to dodge it and it would crush him.

Well, it's just that Shinra Tensei saves him from bullets and he's fast enough to dodge automated fire since he has Hypersonic reaction time. Also, I don't think Deadpool is fast enough to dodge Chibaku Tensei if Deva can get one off. I'm not sure if Deadpool can teleport out of Chibaku tensei or how many times he can teleport, but he can't control where he teleports.

So, I'm not sure that he can win.

I would say this is a pretty even match, I don't know who to choose..
