Kakashi isn't really the type to get married. He likes women and romance, but that's why he reads it instead of experiencing it. He's a jounin so he's always away on missions. Think of Asuma and Kurenai. Asuma ended up being killed and now Kurenai is going to be a single mother. I don't think Kakashi would want that to happen.
