Gotta go with Suigetsu.

If there is a water source, he can turn

into a giant wave monster and Stomp Zabuza.

Also, Zabuza's sword doesn't do anything to Suigetsu,

as shown in the anime. Suigetsu can also probably tank

a water dragon since he is water.

I say Suigetsu too.Zabuza's sword would just go through his body so that has no affect at all.Like Sage said if there is a water source Suigetsu can just absorb it and drown Zabuza in a wave of water.He can also just absorb any water attacks that Zabuza sends at him.So everything Zabuza has to fight opponents are useless.Suigetsu can cut his head off(won't work on Suigetsu though),crush him with great water arm,or drown him in big wave if there is a water source.

Suigetsu wins.

Even if Zabuza uses Hidden Mist Suigetsu can turn into water and tank every attack. Zabuza's Water jutsu won't do much to Suigetsu; they would probably even help him. If there is a water source, Suigetsu can turn into a big wave monster and stomp Zabuza.

Suigetsu wins.Suigetsu can turn into water whenever Zabuza strikes to avoid damage,and even if Zabuza uses hidden mist jutsu,Suigetsu could turn himself into water so that he could sense the moisture in the air and how its moving to dodge attacks.Or else just liquidise himself.I agree with the all statements above.

Suigetsu, his hydration techique overcomes both Zabuza's swordplay and water style techniques.

you can't say that because it has been shown multiple time experience does mean much
examples: 3rd hokage vs orochimaru
naruto vs kakuzu
sasuke vs orochimaru
neji vs naruto (even though this one was total bs)
chiyo vs sasori
