Have you seen the battle between the Konoha Jonins and Itachi with Kisame in Part 1? Itachi stomped her with her own Genjutsu.

The second one is true. His sharingan can let him do that turn her own Genjutsu against her. He doesn't need to move a finger.

Itachi pwns.I think Kurenai is over all better at genjutsu though,i mean,she has a wide range of different types of genjutsu,its just,itachi is exellent at reversing genjutsu so...yeh,but besides genjutsu he pwns her with ninjutsu.

Itachi roflstomps, he's better at genjutsu and much faster. He didn't even use half of his power when he faced Kurenai and yet still stomped her.

What are you talking about? Kurenai has only shown one Genjutsu (Two if you count fillers)...and Itachi also has his different Sharingan genjutsu like Tsukuyomi.

This is a good match up. I think itachi is the more seasoned ninja of the two, but kurenai has some tricks up her sleeve. Would like to see it, but you can always do it on the video games.;)
