What Forum Villages Do, Come Here if you dont know

A forum vill is just like the show and you talk to vill members and sometimes do wars with there jutsus and allies of course if you have a allie you must have a foe probuly and some villages have special missions and of course there are rules if you break one you must have a conciquence and the war council is the judges Rule makers mini vill mods and you must buy jutsus at the jutsu shop same with kekkei genkais-(Must join clan to get one) so thats the important stuf the rest you will find out bye :D

I used to come here before, but It has been quite some time, I missed out on the villages, how do I sign up for a village, Do they have to accept us as a person, or do we sign up automatically. Thanks in Advance, If someone would be kind enough to tell me the list of villages, and if there is any space on your village, I would be happy.
