i think kisame even though hidan is awesome he just cant beat a tailless bijuu

Kisame wins. Even if hidan cuts him, and makes his ritual, kisame can just watch it away. Kisame totally over powers hidan. Hidan is possible the weakest akatsuki. Don't get think I don't like him he's awesome.

Kisame stomps, he can start out by flooding the field so Hidan can't even make a ritual and at 30% he was overpowering Gai so he could easily overpower Hidan and cut off his head, headless he'll be useless and won't be able to fight back. Plus, current hype has called him a bijuu without a tail and he's going to fight Killer Bee.

Hidan wouldn't stand a chance against Kisame. Hidan himself said he's the slowest member of the group, along with the fact that he needs to get his opponent's blood to do anything. Kisame could outsmart him and make several water clones. Hidan would be out before he knew what hit him.

Hidan would totally destroy kisame...kisame couldn't even touch hidan with that sharkskin of his...thats just my opinion anyways...

You have it the other way around. Hidan wouldn't touch Kisame with that scythe of his. He could use Sharkskin to block Hidan's scythe. Hidan has addmitted to being the slowest in Akatsuki, so Kisame is faster than him. At 30% Kisame kept up with all of Team Guy at once. He could speedblitz Hidan before the scythe is even thrown. He could, as Kisame (member) posted previously, flood the field so that Hidan couldn't make his ritual sign. His water style: five hungry sharks would be able to decaptitate Hidan (I think). And any of his other water style jutsu could overpower Hidan and throw him back, where Kisame delivers the final blow with Sharkskin.

Water jutsu can wash away any chances of Hidan performing a successful ritual. Kisame kept up with Guy and his team at 30% so he can definitely keep up with Hidan, and even make a couple water clones to help him. From there Kisame can just drain his chakra and decapitate him with Samehada.

Those points were about his immortality. If he floods the field, Hidan can't make the sign to use his ritual. If he uses a water jutsu, Hidan is forced back, giving Kisame the time to run up and decapitate him with Samehada. Immortality =/= insta-win.

But anyway, Hidan's immortality doesn't mean anything. If his head comes off he loses control over his body, so he's nothing more than a talking head. And even if Hidan does get Kisame's blood, if Kisame floods the field then Hidan has nowhere to make his Jashin symbol, therefore he is unabled to do anything. He's not fast enough to do much damage to Kisame anyway.

Kisame pwns .He can fire endless water jutsu at Hidan so he cant activate his ritual,and since Kisame is faster than Hidan,he could go straight up to him and shave all his skin off or knock him out by absorbing all his chakra with samehada.

I think Hidan will win this one, because his immortality negates Kisame's water style jutsu. When it comes down to weapons, I think Kisame's weapon is better, but It won't matter against Hidan. And Hidan will eventually draw blood, and it will be all over.
So I think Hidan wins this one.

Omg.

Immortality does not mean an instant win. Look at Shikamaru and Hidan...(Granted, Shika had prep but still.)

Kisame can easily shred him up, and water jutsu can wash away the circle if Hidan even gets to make one.
