While I like that we got to see more of Minato, I think Kakashi was my favorite character. It was nice to get some insight into his past, and how his character began to develop at an early age.

Obito or Minato,

but overall, I have to say Obito since you see a lot more of him and his feelings. He's funny, a bit of a wimp, but very serious about what he does, and he sticks to his beliefs. Though it costs him his life, he is a great ninja. Fighting for what you believe in and dying with pride ~that's a true hero at heart.

Obito is my favorite out of the Kakashi
Chronicles. He gave his life to save Kakashi
and wanted to help Rin when Kakashi was just going to
let her die if Obito didn't go.

Obito. Even though he wasn't the strongest person around, he had a lot of determination and heart. Also, he was willing to give Kakashi his Sharingan before he died. He was a good comrade and good friend.

I liked seeing how they portrayed Minato throughout that gaiden. The personality differences between him and Naruto were obvious... especially Minato's ruthlessness when it came to combat.

But I'm guessing that is because he was a product of that time... where the clans were still warring against one another. Naruto's attitude is great but it would've got him into alot more trouble then, so I can see why Minato seemed to be stern most of the time.

I liked the way they showed Kakashi being all stoic and emotionless at the beginning, then him changing and caring more about friends than rules. But, it was Obito who changed him, so I have to vote for him.

Minato because he's my favorite character and he and Naruto are the reasons Konoha isn't destroyed.

Obito because he's the fun one in the group :mrgreen: Honestly, he's my favorite character from Kakashi Gaiden because he's the one that practically changed Kakashi... but he just had to die... :cry:

Kakashi because I'd never thought of him as the grump/emo/Sasuke in the group before seeing this.

Rin because she's the awesome medic who heals Obito and Kakashi. Without her, Obito and Kakashi would have been dead sooner...

Yeah, but without her Kakashi wouldn't have had his eye injured and Obito wouldn't have died when they went to rescue her.

Obito. He's like a combined Sasuke and Naruto (who are both my favorite characters). He has Sasuke's dark looks, comes from the same clan and has Naruto's personality, although just a little more tamed. Plus, the way he died was tragic and I'm glad that he thought of the idea to give Kakashi his Sharingan.

Although I enjoyed it all on the whole.

It's kinda like an early "Team 7".

Minato = Kakashi (Always there to save them).

Kakashi = Sasuke (Both really arrogant and both really emotional about the deaths of important people to them).

Obito = Naruto (Really lacked skill and self-esteem, also very clumsy and looked up to the other male teammate and wanted to become friends, also fancied the girl in the team, although they fancied the other one).

Rin = Sakura (Pretty much useless, although Rin was a very good medic in comparison to Sakura. Also crushed on one they couldn't get).

It almost seems like Kakashi (Sensei) laughed at Team 7, almost as if they reminded him of his team. Same with Minato, which is why I would love to see a Minato Gaiden when he was younger.

I believe Minato was the greatest in terms of helping out during the war in my opinion, because not only did he go all the way to take out the enemies at the front lines by himself, he was able to make it back in time to save kakashi and rin from sure death.

Not to mention we got a glimpse of his quick intellect when he was able to determine that kakashi's lightning technique was incomplete and a move that he shouldn't use. He was able to determine this just from seeing it in action once. I think that he is and will always be the greatest ninja the leaf village ever had.

Minato, just because he show promised as a good Sensei, he was rather talented, though showed respect to his Group.
