Well, Madara can dodge many attacks. However, he can be speedblitzed before he teleports. Depending on how far away they are at the start of the battle, Naruto can run of to Madara and punch him before he disappears. Plus, Madara can't dodge boss summons for long. He can hit repeatedly, but has no true strength to speak of. I'd say that with some difficulty, Naruto in Sage Mode would win.

Dude you guys should stick to facts, it makes you look dumb just by saying stuff like: Ohhh Naruto Wins or Ohhh Naruto Is way better... This fight can't have a winner... Madara can't fight but he does have teleport and Immortality, Sage Mode Naruto can't kill him when he have that -_-

This thread has 46 posts, and 25 of them are yours. That's over half. I would consider that spamming, especially since you've also double posted a few times in this thread.

Anyways, I'll re-think my answer. Naruto (In Sage Mode) would win, almost indefinately. Madara may be able to teleport, but it seems to take quite a bit of prep time. In the time that it takes Madara to teleport, Naruto will have run up to him and hit his face. Hard. Madara has shown no tanking skills whatsoever, so I don't think he would survive a hit from Sage Naruto. He may have a Sharingan, but it seems he can't do squat with it, so it's useless in this fight. Also, if Naruto manages a boss summon, there's nothing Madara could do to defeat it, let alone avoid it. Naruto Uzumaki is the winner.

and to me, untill naruto gets a little better at Sage Mode, i'd say Madara.
