I'm not to big of a fan of disney xd but aslong as they show naruto on t.tv. again I don't care where it is

but do you think they will
1. let Hidan cuss
2. let Deidara blow himself up
3. let Tobi smack his butt on a tree and say "Hide my face but not my butt" and "I'm just a school girl in love with her senpai"

Do you really think they will let this happen?

I am glad they are at least showing it on tv. Besides, I think by airing on Disney XD, it has the potential to gain a whole new fanbase who might not normally have exposure to any anime.

but naruto has a big enough fan base as it is, they dont need to expand it. plus then if they modify it for a younger age group all the older viewers will stop watching (or watch the subbed)

I haven't read everyone's posts but here's my idea. When Naruto was aired on other channels other than Cartoon Network MANY things were edited. Harmless sentences,blood,alcohol references,smoking references, and swearing. I'm sorry but anything with Hidan is going to be edited cuz all of his moves involve masochism and blood. In Naruto they even edited Jiraiya holding a pipe so you just saw a weird shaped hand of Jiraiya's for no reason. Just like in Yu-Gi-Oh they edited some thugs from holding guns so you saw them pointing at people and making threats. I can only imagine what a Disney channel would edit on Shippuden. I say that Shippuden should be aired on Adult Swim so nothing is edited or Cartoon Network cuz they probably wouldn't edit as much as a Disney channel. Or just buy Uncut DVD box sets.

I despise the fact that Naruto Shippuuden is playing on Disney XD because its sooooo censored its not even funny...but I watch it anyways lol I just keep telling myself the box set will come out and it will be uncut and uncensored

I'm glad that Naruto is back on t.v. but i feel that it is in an inappropriate place. I think due to the nature of the show so far (hidan, deidara's suicide, itachi gouging out sasuke's eyes, etc.) it would be better suited on Adult Swim or something of that nature. But if they do keep it on Disney XD i'd hope they'd put it on uncut. YOU CAN'T SHELTER LITTLE KIDS FOREVER, EVENTUALLY THEY WILL SEE THAT STUFF, THEY PROBABLY WOULD HAVE ALREADY. It's on the radio, the news, music, every other t.v. show, and it's openly displayed in public. And if they do watch it that's their own decision. If they think they wanna see that stuff who cares? and if they don't then they can just turn the channel.

I like the fact of how it will make it more popular, but on the other hand because of the young fan baseon Disney XD they will play English DUBBED episodes which is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO annoying due to the different voices than the English SUBBED episodes. Also on the down side of this, much of the episodes could, and most likely will be censored out, which will also be very disappointing. With the above stated I will find it very hard to watch this.

For the Hidan they'll say the jashin spirit and instead of praying they'll add contacting or something like that. They'll take out all the cuss words and probaly censor his weapon(like they did to Sasuke's sword). So Asuma's death will be by magic. They might mention he is immortal but say he defeat instead of killing people. It will be like One Piece on 4Kid TV.

I don't know. Disney mixed with violence doesn't seem all that good. I mean if they cut out the last episode of "The Replacements" because Hakobo was an illegal immigrant than I doubt Disney's gonna have Hidan's head get cut off, have Killer Bee stab Sasuke with six swords at the same time, and make Sasuke's eyes bleed than I'll stick with watching Naruto on Hulu.

Disney didnt make it where anyone culdnt watch it bcuz of its horribleness, however they didnt make it great. The editing kinda lowered my liking of Disney XD however i might watch it if i am bored from time to time

They edited too much. They won't allow the word "dead" which is pretty stupid. They don't allow blood even though everyone has seen it. Its hard to keep the story straight if there is no violence. I'll just stick to the uncut episodes online.

Well I like the fact that it is back on TV and I am grateful it is...I just noticed something like they never say kill...it is always destroy...-.- Anyways I watch anyways...but I also buy the box sets and watch them to see what is cut out and what not...^^

They really did edit it too much. Hmm, didn't notice they didn't allow blood. I did notice they had a really childish sound when Garra flung Deidara with his sand. I was "Wow. Really? SpongeBob wouldn't even make that dumb sound!"

Ah, you noticed how they wouldn't let itachi say "kill" to? That's good to know I'm not the only one. I watch it to. And I'm grateful that it is one too. I mean CN stoped airing it on the 14th of Feb. last year. I remember because the week before (Feb. 7th) was my birthday and they played a Naruto movie. It was almost a whole year without Naruto. Well, wait. They did air a Naruto movie sometime after that, I don't really remember when, but I know they did. :???:
