You failed,not even close...why did you fail? First of all, the left bottom of the cover is 12+,that's the rating Europe uses,we use T for teen and such.The most important proof however is that, in the top right corner of the cover,PAL is seen.I don't have to make a comment on the obvious European cover.That alone,automatically makes your comment that you had talked to Namco Bandai :roll: a PURE lie.You aren't the first one to lie about that though.At least next time if you are going to make another lie,at least try to edit the picture.If you do that,somebody might actually believe your lie.

Now i am going to have to spend like $100 dollars to get a chip professionaly (well not technically professional) installed. I know a guy who can get me the chip but he's gonna charge me for the chip and everything. Yeah i know it sounds fishy but he's friend who's buying the chip and thats setting him back about $90 plus he needs another special tool (he lost the one he had before). He's a co-worker and a tech whiz also he has done it to his own ps2 and his cousin's x box, also a freind's ps2 as well. So i trust him and if somthing happens he'll get me a new ps2.

You cant just use a Swap Magic disk. You either need magic keys or a Flip Top so you can override the PS2's region lock.

You can never tell what the game companies are thinking. So, let's wait and see what happens since there is no information in the December issue of Shonen Jump. It may be in the January 2010 or February 2010 issue. The Ultimate Ninja games come out in either March or June in NA. There is a possibility a release announcement will come then. If it does not come out in NA, then buy a mod kit and an import copy. I am waiting to see what happens. I would hate to buy a mod kit and import UN5 and then find out it is coming to NA.

Actually only 2 games released in march... UN 3 and 4.... the first and second came out in the summer...

If you had a European gaming console, you could buy the European version of UN5 and play it here on said console.

Or you might look into modifying an American region console to play imported games, though that'd come at the price of voiding your warranty.

You know what's crazy about this whole situation with UN5, is that some people can't see that UN5 = UH3. If you think about it, porting it to the PSP would be a better option since PSP sales have gone up if only by a little. With the PSP go out now, namco bandai made the smart decision to port it to a system still worth buying, unlike the PS2 which is near its end soon. The controls on the PSP fits it perfectly since most buttons you use on the PS2 controller you use on the PSP, only difference is they might make the L and R buttons block, and the left and right d pad buttons change weapon, but then again with the new support characters, idk how it will play out. They do since its coming to the PSP anyways. I was once one of those guys that hoped UN5 came to NA, but now I realized, is it a big deal? Most likely the ultimate ninja series is heading for PS3 now since storm was so succesful. To all those who still expect a Dec. 20 or 29 release, the new date is said for the 15.... 20 is out of the question since that's a sunday, 15, and 29 are your last hopes before you realize, UN5 = UH3. Good day.

Actually the ones saying it the most are the ones that can take 2 and 2 and put it together to see that UN5 is being ported to the PSP as UH3. The "US release date" went from the 29th to the 20th to the 15th.... You figure it out.

You know what's crazy about this whole situation with UN5, is that some people can't see that UN5 = UH3. If you think about it, porting it to the PSP would be a better option since PSP sales have gone up if only by a little. With the PSP go out now, namco bandai made the smart decision to port it to a system still worth buying, unlike the PS2 which is near its end soon. The controls on the PSP fits it perfectly since most buttons you use on the PS2 controller you use on the PSP, only difference is they might make the L and R buttons block, and the left and right d pad buttons change weapon, but then again with the new support characters, idk how it will play out. They do since its coming to the PSP anyways. I was once one of those guys that hoped UN5 came to NA, but now I realized, is it a big deal? Most likely the ultimate ninja series is heading for PS3 now since storm was so succesful. To all those who still expect a Dec. 20 or 29 release, the new date is said for the 15.... 20 is out of the question since that's a sunday, 15, and 29 are your last hopes before you realize, UN5 = UH3. I highly doubt porting a console game to a handheld would take a lot of money, especially if its within the company which it is. PS2 coding and PSP coding is practically the same, going in the coding and tinkering it a bit so it could be performed on a PSP should take little to no effort. The cost of porting it and just redoing the voices is unknown since the VA have other activities and some of them are highly famous in the VA community so price demands will not be something little, look at true form sasori who will be voiced by Johnny Yung Bosch, true form sasori was only in about 8 episodes, during that time sure they made him voice over for the video games, that guys has done a lot of work, I'm sure the cash they threw at him for a minor role wasn't pocket change.

The thing I dont like is every ultimate ninja game only covers a small part of the story and you get minimal characters in the games . Well the game isn't too special. I got the Japanese version and got bored of it after a couple of days. I am only getting the english version to hear the english voices for Suigetsu, Karin, Jugo, Obito, Minato, Tobi in gameplay, Pain, and Konan.

Yeah you get a Swap Magic and Flip Top and convert your PS2 to a EU/JPN capable PS2.

I was thinking of burning it to a DVD and playing it that way but I'd still need a Swap Magic and Flip Top to play a burned game so there's no point in doing that *sighs* I kinda miss playing UN5.
