I googled him, he's the guy from the Tekken Videogames.
SInce i dont know anything Else ill say Iruka Because He's Ninja and Well he isnt.

i know him for TEKKEN TAG TOURNAMENT.
In the game he is hworang's teacher.
(hworang is awesome but Baek kinda sucks).
Baek can only kick. Iruka would use his exploding tag jutsu.

I've never heard of Baek Doo San before, so I really can't say. And since we have seen Iruka fight very little in the series, it is also hard to tell what he can do.

Well considering in Tekken six a charactor is shown dodging a bullet, and this guy fights against him, then he speedbltz and wins easily.
