If you remember correctly, both Obito and Rin don't have a lot of skill, so they wouldn't be that hard to take down on his own. But then of course he would have backup to seal their souls away.

I realy think that they should make kakashi much stronger because he starts the manga at the top and now naruto is stronger than him.

I totally agree with this. Naruto should be stronger than Kakashi by now, since he's the son of the fourth and has the 9 tails in him, nearing his prime. But Kakashi should still be like one of the top 3 ninjas in the village. I know Tsunade is the Hokage/Sannin but cmon... It's Kakashi!
