to solve your problem you should follow these steps:

1.beat him up until he's knock cold (make sure he is 'dis-armed' and 'dis-legged' and replace his sharingan eye with a rock)

2.when he wake up repeat step 1

3.repeat step 1 & 2 but make sure he stays alive

there problem solved

I'll torture him enough to make him beg for all that is good in this world, and when he does ill say: "You're wish is my command" and i look for Sasuke and we both torture him, me holding back Sasuke of course, and then we make him watch Orochimaru dancing to "Single Ladies" mauahhahahahahaha! and i let go of Sasuke and the rest lies in Sasuke's hands and if someone blames it on me, I'll accuse Sasuke and run away with a ticked off Uchiha chasing me across the town or wherever we are
