she is a traveling ninja she doesn't have a village to call home or a clan because it was destroyed a long time ago so she goes from place to place only stopping to get supplies and to rest and right now she just looking for a place to call home

Abilltes: she is able manipulate fire and lighting and is able to transform herself into any animal or any person and has wolf characteristics so she has a good sense of smell, sight, and hearing and has telekinetic powers and she is a powerful medical ninja

her chakra is normally purple but she has a dragon sealed within her and its chakra is black and she had red eyes and her hair is black

she can't use her telekinesis all the time because she gets headaches

I wouldn't quite say amazing.

Your character seems far too overpowered. I suggest limiting her to say, two of her five powers. That way, battles become far more interesting, as you have to think of new innovative ways to battle, rather than just trotting out the next power.
