Sasori
Itachi
SM Naruto

Orochimaru

Pein (Deva) - Both
Sasori - Raikage, Hachibi beats
Itachi - Raikage, Hachibi beats (Unless bloodlusted)
SM Naruto - Probably Raikage, not KB.
SM Sasuke - Neither
Orochimaru - Possibly Raikage
Jiriaya - Raikage, possibly KB
The 3rd (Prime) - Raikage, possibly KB
Diedara - Neither.

I agree. Deva would probably lose if they find away to get him hit in the few seconds of rest he needs.

Deva beats them both imo.

Sasori would probably beat Raikage from what we've seen, but not Killer Bee.

Itachi COULD beat Raikage by a small margin, but not Killer Bee.

SM Naruto beats them both.

MS Sasuke loses to them both quite badly.

Orochimaru gets stomped unless he has prep, then he wins.

Jiraiya would probably beat both of them.

By hype, Hiruzen could win, although we don't know his true power.

Deidara gets stomped with little effort.

I don't see how SM Naruto beats KB, since he has Hachibi transformations, and is quite happy to use it.

SM Naruto could tank most of Base KB's attacks and KB probably can't dodge FRS, which is low hypersonic. KB is supersonic, but not FRS speed. Plus Hachibi leaves KB even more vulnerable to FRS, he can't charge a bijuu cannon faster than Naruto can make FRS.
