Where is Roxas from?
Roxas is from Kingdom Hearts 2 and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

He survived a Direct Hit from Dragon of Ra/Phoenix Mode without a scratch.
Anyone else would have killed or lost their soul.

From what I know, it goes like this.
Yami Yugi> Roxas> Itachi.
Yami Yugi is fast enough to put a card down before Itachi is in his face, that card is likely to be the dark magician and will mess up both of them.
From everything I know it's always been Kingdom Heartsverse > Narutoverse so going by powerscaling Roxas beats Itachi.
Itachi is sadly the weakest in the bunch and can't really do anything to win this.

Roxas manipulates light to create Attacks, weapons and Barriers plus he's probably faster than Itachi. I doubt the sharingan would be able to keep up with him and his attacks.

Neither Yugi nor Roxas have Chakra which is required to put a Gen onto a opp.

Roxas would stomp Itachi due to a speed advantage and I believe he's gone through worse mindrape than Itachi's and was just fine. Having Sora's memories scrolling through his head and his thoughts mixing till he went crazy was something he could survive. Also, Roxas has most of the abilities that Sora has, and Sora would stomp Itachi.

Yami Yugi owns Itachi by destroying his mind and stuff and if that didn't work Yugi could summon the God Cards and just obliterate him. Roxas if he was Duel-Wielding KeyBlades I think could keep Yugi from attacking and sooner or later beat him. So I pick Roxas from KH as the winner.

To summon any of the monsters Yugi needs to throw down a card. Roxas is what, Supersonic maybe? That means he can take out Yugi faster than he can put down a card and summon the monster itself. Roxas also has a major speed advantage over Itachi as well, and like RockLee said, he's suffered much worse mind damage than Tsukuyomi could do to him. His Blizzard magic would instantly take care of Itachi's fire attacks, and of course the keyblade would roflstomp any form of weapon Itachi throws at Roxas. I'd say Roxas takes this, since I don't think that Yugi could throw down the card in the time it takes for Itachi and Roxas to cover the distance between them.
