I think in order would be
Renji...I like Renji he's hot, tough, and he's got heart (and an awesome bankai!) He looks dangerous so no other guys are going to mess with you while he's around!

Ichigo...Ichigo would be great to date, until a hollow shows up and you are left at the restaurant with his non moving body (or Kon! no thanks) while he saves the world

Byakuya...I think Byakuya is so freakin hot but too standoffish...so he may not be so much fun to take out...he'd probably be the guy standing at the bar all night refusing to dance...and I'm not sure he knows how to laugh, you might have to teach him!
