With all do respect, people do realize that all of the battles listed on the poll have little chance of happening, right? All five of those girls are pretty much friends now, and they're all on the same side. What reason would they have to fight each other?

Still, thinking from a purely theoretic standpoint, I say...

...Nobody vs. Nobody (I guess that means Nobody wins :p) I like to see the good guys defeat the bad guys, and I can't think of any evil kunoichi. All the bad guys at the present time are males. At one point, I would have said that I wanted someone to beat Karin, but not now, really; while I don't like Karin, I don't hate her at all, either. I spend my time disliking the characters that are truly evil.

I would have loved to have seen Konan vs. Sakura during the Pein vs. Naruto fight. I think it'd be interesting, although a bit tedious. Konan's Dance of the Shikigami is a very defensive technique and Sakura with her inhuman strength is offensive. However, Sakura is talented in genjutsu thanks to Kurenai, that might giver her the upper hand. Konan is an s-class criminal so she'd be a difficult contender but Sakura, like Naruto, has been known to excel as the underdog. Like in her battle with Sasori, she ended up being able to predict all of his movements in a short time, and he's an s-class criminal.

Heh, I sort of doubt that Hinata would win. She could see Sakura's chakra pathways, but Sakura is quicker so she could evade her gentle palm technique. Sakura is also talented in taijutsu and genjutsu, she could probably fix Hinata in an illusion. Moreover, to be able to use her inhuman strength a massive amount of chakra is needed, and Sakura has larger chakra reserves than Hinata; she'd win out in endurance.
