Raikage stomps, even with Mitotic Regeneration, from what we've seen, Raikage has massive speed, enough to reach Tsunaded before even Katsuyu, and with that, his strength can take down Katsuyu I'm betting.

He can take Tsunade down before any of that too, his strength is greater than Tsunade's.

Tsunade isn't fast enough to take Raikage down at all. Raikage is also stronger than Tsunade and with those two factors Raikage wins easily. I believe Tsunade is barely fast for a ninja, and Raikage is one of the fastest people in the narutoverse so Raikage can powerbomb her before she knew what was coming.

Raikage sofar was the closest of actually hitting Tobi.
In the latest Chapter Tobi only Manages to use his Time/Space Jutsu when Raikage's fist was just about to hit.
Not even Kiba manages to do that and we know how fast he is.

Tsunade doesn't have enough speed to even hit him, let alone keep up with him. If he gets her with his Lightning Based punches and jutsus, she's dead unless she uses Mitolic Regeneration before. But Raikage kills her before she can use it.

Well, this one easily goes to the Raikage. Not a very well thought out fight. First of all, Tsunade is lacking in speed to take on Raikage. She may very well be strong, but she just isn't up to snuff in speed. His Lighning Armor could effectively block any attacks that would do sufficient damage to Raikage. His Lightining infused punches easily take her down. He is also predictably stronger. She wouldn't have time for Mitotic Regeneration and Raikage would get to her before she could use Katsuyu, even if that weren't true, he could still take her. All these reasons and more are ways that raikage wins and Tsunade loses.
