I still think it would better to have the Rinnegan.
You control the weather and it lets you know when an enemy is coming into your village.

I say Sharingan because Renningan is to evil and the Mankygero Sharingan can make you surrounded by darkness and i think the Byakugan is a litte bad but still helpful.
