Who would win,no restrictions,in the woods/forest. I don't think this is an obvious fight so don't post saying so. I personally can't decide. Anyway this is a good match-up in my eyes. Have fun and explain your thinking.

I say Pain wins.....
Madara can be intangible and be fast but Shinra Tensei might hit him.
Any Nin passes through him, True, but Shinra Tensei is a gravity tech it repels or knocks back. I doubt that intangibility could stop that..
If he does, then he must be using some sort of Nin, and if Preta absorbs that Nin while using it, then ST would hit.

Will Tobi fight as Tobi?
Or will Tobi fight as Madara?

I would have put Madara if he were fighting as Madara He is fighting as Tobi.

We haven't seen many skills as Tobi, but Madara still holds surprises.

pain would win it cause pain can use rinnegan but madara is fighting like tobi so he cant use his sharingan

Nagato is the six paths of pain himself, the rest are just dead bodies.That nagato controls by using his chakra.

I think Madara (Tobi) would definately win in a match against pain. especially with that power that allows any attack 2 go through him...:D
