Considering The Rinnegan is the eye of rebirth, Nagato may be the Sage of Six Paths reincarnated.

says it in manga; pains rinnegan was first possesd by the sage

I'm not convinced that Nagato was the second coming........I mean the Rinnegan took a big tole on his body. I think he lacked some form of the RS's energies.

nagato isnt really the sage at all is he? i mean hes 1/6th of the sage and as for the rinnegan, the sages one had sharringan tomoe in his. nagato not so much

Rikudo sage didn't have the tomoe's. That was the ten tailed bijuu.

If what Madara said is true then Nagato wasen't exactly the Reincarnation of the Sage. Just a mock one

Agreed, since Nagato is an Uzumaki, it is possible that since this has just come to light in the story, could Naruto possibly develop it later like Nagato did.

Being a "mock imitation" of the Rikudo Sage, does not make him his reincarnation. He didn't have near the ability.

Naruto and Hinata's future child is the reincarnation of the RS.
