I believe it depends on how determined Naruto is. Like if the fight was requested for training by Sakura, he'd give it all he got.

Naruto is my bet. I really love sakura ( girl power ). But naruto is more... how should I say this... fight ready. He's is alot of the time looking for some one to fight. Sakura would rather have peace. THey are two different kinds of ninja, plus I doubt they would be pitted against each other anyway. :|

Naruto would win. Sakura doesn't have any good jutsu, other than healing. Naruto and Sakura's relationship, that's abuse. Naruto needs to stand up for his manhood. Man Up. Because of Sage Mode Naruto is stronger than Sakura. I don't believe in hitting women, but Naruto would need to do something in this situation. The Akatsuki wouldn't put up with that foolishness.

It depends on the circumstances. If it's training, Naruto is most likely to lose because he's not in fox mode. (She's his teammate, but he's not willing to actually put her in misery.) The only time he's hit her was in fox mode as I recall. Now, if it was an all out battle to the death, he'd probably win. We've seen how his hate and anger can really motivate him to kill. Sakura would have no real chance there.

Naruto's base speed is pretty fast. He could hit her with Giant Rasengan or a flurry of ordinary Rasengans, with the help of clonespam. Uzumaki barage might help, but Sakura could punch the ground and make them all dissapear. If he can buy enough time to get Sage Mode, he can speedblitz her and throw a RasenShuriken at her. He could also use tons of Boss Summons like Gamaken, Gamahiro, and Gamabunta. He could summon Fukasaku and Shima and Frog Song would stomp. Double Rasengan also works pretty well. Naruto could use an ordinay Rasenshuriken in his base mode, but I think he'd use SM just to be safe. If he goes 4 tails or higher, he speedblitzes, and roflstomps. Naruto wins.

In character, Sakura would win because Naruto would never even try to hurt Sakura, it's just a fact, where as Out of Character, Naruto would Godstomp hands down.

I'd assume In-Character, though, so Sakura would win easily.

Okay, I know I've already posted on this thread sometime a few, or many months back, but it's glaringly obvious that Naruto would win. Even if Sakura did manage to conjure up a genjutsu or something that may render Naruto unable to fight for a while, but Naruto would still be able to win. (Kyuubi won't let his host die)

Unless of course, Naruto decides to let Sakura win.... But that's a different story...
