The reason I bring up the spoilers is that I know just about everything that happens in the manga so far, yet I am not even caught up in the anime. So much has been spoiled for me. It's heart breaking. xD

ouch im sorry to hear that, im not in the same boat but im in reverse to u, i was shocked to hear itachi is dead, because anime not their yet... but hell even if i knew, the animation on naruto and bleach is entertaining enough to keep me coming back becuase a show can do what a book cant, while i do admit books are more thorough :P
