Kankuro's Ultimate Mode in Ultimate Nnja 4?

In Naruto UN4 can someone tell me how to get Kankuro into his Ultimate mode?

Kankuro. Well you have to combo like 16 o 18 hits. Im not a good player but try the forward O O O O combo it will like hit a lot and get the opponet closer if close enough after that combo use the UP O O O O . Sometimes the forward O O O O and the the down down O move connects.
