that would be a spectacular fight, hard to decide who the winner is because they are both wise men and yes kakashi has his copy jutsu and lightning but I can't compare his jutsu technique with the 2nd hokages jutsu and of course their level of combat are not the same. How would it "shock" Tobirama? That's only if they are standing on a body of water, and Lighting Blade goes into a Water source. Thats not the case here, since Tobirama can use Suitons without a source.

Lightning Blade isn't the only Lightning Jutsu he has. Kakashi can still manipulate his Lightning Chakra through the water I'm guessing. If by luck the 2nd is standing on some water then he could get shocked by it. (Its hard putting the stuff from my mind into words lol)

Tobirama makes the water from moisture in the air, I think. But I know he does not need a Water source, while Kakashi does.

Example: Tobirama could use Water Dragon in a desert, while Kakashi cant.

Also, for Tobirama to get electrucuted from Lighting Blade, they both need to be standing on a water source, which doesnt need to happen.

Tobirama needs one handseal to use Water Dragon.He can spam Kakashi with them.No way Kakashi can zap so many without going out on Chakra.

Hell yes. Once again, look up earthing. The electricity would travel at 550 mph towards the ground, the fastest way to earth itself. There may be a little bit of shock, but nothing major.

Also, Voltage and Current are entirely different, and Current kills. If you had a ton of current, then it would travel a shorter distance.

And if he does use it, and reality is suspended, then why wouldn't Kakashi get zapped?
