Kabuto's main offensive weapon is a Chakra scalpel. Kisame's main weapon is a sword that instantly devours Chakra.

Kabuto might hold his own for a bit but Kisame's got himself a nice plentiful supply of Chakra so I don't see him losing.

Kabuto's a serious survivor. I honestly think after training under Orochimaru he'd have some more skills than the chakra blade he even held his own against Tsunade one of the Sannin!

he also took out yamato's wood clone like it was nothing. It took sai, naruto, sakura, AND yamato to finally capture him!

I've gotta say Kisame.

Kabuto's got no real long range offensive jutsu, and Kisame's got loads. Plus, Kisame's got huge range even with a close range weapon. And Kisame can make water barriers, while Kabuto can't really make any.

he would hold his own for sure. between his healling powers and powers that we havent seen yet he might be really strong or why would orochimaru have him by his side at all time and narutos rasangon couldnt take his completely out so it would be a bad a fight.
