Well, going by movies, punisher has special training, overwhelmes joker in strength, and almost always uses firearms. If joker is allowed firearms, punisher would STILL win he's better with them, he detroys

In some ways I'd rather treat movies as canon than sort out one of the thousands of comic-book iterations and arbitrarily chose that as the standard.

But yeah, I guess Joker. I've only seen the Punisher movie, didn't even know the character existed. Plus the Punisher movies were given bad reviews. Joker, well yeah, I think the reviews alone suggest the Joker is a much better character.

Does that mean he can beat him in a fight? nope
But i'm glad your with me on the comic vs movies issue, cuz i have never read any comics, so that puts me at a huge disadv. if someone prefers that method
