How about Sage Naruto taking on Kabuto (With the Orochimaru Remains, if he controls its power).

Kabuto does have almost all the info on Naruto, and some of his moves plus the remains of his former master Orochimaru, but Naruto also has his new Sage Jutsus and Frog Karate.

Kabuto hasn't really displayed any feats with the remains, so I'll give it to SM Naruto who would stomp Base Kabuto if the remains only enhance him a little.
