"I would like to know who would win, Naruto can't use any summons and can't activate any of his 9-Tailed forms and Kimimaru is healthy, just to make it fair."

Do you mean he can't use Sage Mode too? If he can't use Sage Mode and Kimimaro is healthy, Kimimaro might just win or be about equal

Naruto stomps.

Even without Sage Mode, Naruto's faster than Kimimaro, and Rasenshuriken would annihilate Kimimaro, although still injuring Naruto greatly.

If Naruto uses Sage Mode, he speedblitzes even more and Rasenshuriken's even faster and can expand, so he rapes that.

Kimimaro never went CS2 with Naruto around though keep that in mind and Naruto wont resort to Rasenshuriken(unlessmanga says otherwise i only watch the show)

i think by this point kimmi would be A LOT stronger so i think he would win, he was more powerful than naurto i think so i think he would have even better abilities so he would win. but that is my thoughts its hard to tell how powerful he would be

You can't just assume what his abilities would be, you have to debate with what's been given -_-

We can't make up our own alternate reality version of Kimi for debates, only the Pre Time Skip version.
