well...considering i know alot of jutsu and have a lot of immense power and have had many awesome battles.....i want to learn how to use my lightning affiliation to attract the smallest amount of metal to the largest amount of metal,magnetise it and be able to use my lightning to control it..and do magnetism jutsu

all u have too do is Change ur lightnings polarity to match the minerals in the Metal

...coolio...now i need to know how to split things in have with out using my raikiri...i want to make a aura of lightning stronger than my raikiri rage...its my speacial jutsu where i become 200x stronger and faster.and i can use lightning based jutsu without expending chakra but it last for an extremely short time...then i use my other powerful jutsu but the cost me major chakra....i almost died a few times

I recamend my Lightning Style: Sword it creates a blade of Lightning from any handle. but be warned do not use it on the same handle 3 times.
