Anyways, I think Neji would win, he could block Choji's chakra points, and Choji would be a rather...err...big target for Neji.

I used to think Neji but a good debater convinced me Choji wins, here's why:

If Choji used Human Boulder, or Spiked Human Boulder, Neji can't just hope to get a good Gentle Fist on him, and Dosu had to wait until Choji crashed into a wall to hit him, Neji can't do that very easily.

If Choji uses Partial Expansion, he could easily get a good hit on Neji from a pretty far range so he can't hit him.

If Choji uses Super Expansion, then even if Neji strikes a chakra point, it won't do much and Choji would still smash him.

If all else fails, Choji uses Butterfly Pill and speedblitzes Neji.

+rep for u chouji is a very underrated character, its assumed that he's weaker than his other shinobi counterparts, and every idea that i could think of you already stated as to why he could defeat neji, except for one which is that chouji's physical strength is massive in compared to neji, who is much more of a technical fighter. He can use rotation as much as he wants to block chouji's attacks, it takes more chakra to do that than partial expansion, seeing as how the attack is made of swirling impenetrable chskra. So just like his fight with kidomaro (sp?) rotation will just tire him out and then chouji rolls in for he kill, probably literally. Well done rock lee.

neji can attack long range now in shippuden.. i forgot the name of its attack but choji is at a disadvantage everywhere... im a super huge die hard fan of choji but even so.. neji most likely wins

It's not like extremely long range, and the farther away Choji is, the less damage it's likely to do. Besides, with expantion jutsu, all he has to do is step on Neji.
