yes, that would be correct. she is an awesome fighter with great abilities when she is in 'adult mode', as i call it ^_^

Neliel is not the strongest but she could have defeated Nnoitra if she didnt turn back into a child. Nnoitra was a weak espada and cruel. Hallibel I think is stronger than Neliel

true, but she is pretty strong, even in her child form. she could absorb sero(?) and send it right back at you.
