As for beating the Whole Verse I doubt it, there exist Supersonic Naruto characters like SM Naruto and Killer Bee plus he probably can't just spam the attacks.

1) I doubt Naruto would use a cheap tactic like hurting INu whe he wasn't at full power and 2) Kagome couldn't hit the broad side of a barn so she wouldn't hit Naruto even at close range.
