im just wandering what characters in naruto can use lightning, i can list a few but i wanna know all of them?

Omoi----Same as Karui

That's all I know, that are non filler. If were talking about both I can add about 5+ into the mix.

now thats an awnswer! lol is raikage the same guy as raiga? raiga was a filler and he is also one of the seven swordsman.

Raiga was a filler, he was kinda an 8th swordsmen I prefer not to count him. Raikage is the the Kage of the land of lightning so he should have extreme control over the element or he wouldn't be Kage.
