Hi, I'm a big Naruto fan.

I'm working on doing a Gaara Cosplay, and I've figured out how to make the sand gourd, but where's a place I could buy his outfit (pref. Shippuden outfit) for under $60?

Yeah, I tried doing that on Google (only because I hate Bing), and I found some costumes, but they were 200 something dollars. Crazy!

I'm considering about making my own, I'm just not sure how. :(

I dunno.

You just posted NO HELP AT ALL.
Sorry, but really. What's the point of saying "i dunno"?

This is my first time doing Cosplay. I'm doing it for Halloween, and if I like it, I'll be attending Cosplay events regularly with my friend.

Recommendations for a newbie?

Try Ebay or a store that sells cosplay stuff.

My suggestion is simple. Make your own. You can get netted stocking and arm coverings from some of the more 'hip' shops in most malls. A decent red jumpsuit of some type would be pretty easy to find or create. A leather strap might be able to be found in a weatern store or someplace with luggage accessories. There's a Rescue Arc Gaara outfit right there.

Black or red trench coat or other form of long jacket and a vest will make a decent version of his kage outfit too. Be creative, the more you do of it yourself the more you'll enjoy it in the end.

Thanks for the help, guys.
I've decided I'm either going to get one from the local Anime shop in my mall, or get one off of Milanoo.

I'm working on the gourd right now, I got two medium beachballs from the 99 cents store, taped them together, and I'm papier macheing it. Then I'll spray paint it tan, add crack effects with a Sharpie, and add that "MWM" thing he has on it (btw, does anyone know what that is?).
