It'll be an exciting battle. Pick who wins either Anko or Hinata. Tell me why.

Anko, she was trained by Orochimaru. Hinata would be killed with the snake style.

Anko wins, she's more experienced than Hinata... and is much rougher on the battle field...

She is also a Jonin while I believe Hinata is a Chunin.

Anko wins. Hinata lacks strength and speed, so Anko is probably superior in those areas.

Also, Anko can summon snakes and has several Snake attacks which makes her the winner.

Anko anc HInata are about the same speed, but Hinata has better taijutsu and more intelligence.

Anko is a SPECIAL JOUNIN so she is between chunnin and jounin.

So I say Hinata.

Still, Hinata and Anko will fight to a tie because of the Byakugan and Orochimaru-influenced moves, respectively.

I would say...I don't know.
Hinata has the byakugan...but Anko was trained under Orochimaru.

So, maybe Anko might win...

Anko's experience and style of fighting makes her the winner....If all else failed she would use that suicide jutsu then it would be a tie...but no need for it...

Anko wins due to her rank, her Curse seal, and such. Hinata has shown feats next to nothing so far, as well as Anko. Being trained under Orochimaru really means nothing, as she could have slacked off the whole time or something alike. Anko will take the win though, as from what is shown, she is a tokubetsu jonin, at that, and she has Hebi style jutsu. You've also seen how the curse seal helped others, such as Sasuke or even Jugo himself. Anko has the same CS as Sasuke, so it proves how it SHOULD help.
