Goku can disappear and reappear with the Instantaneous Transmission. Even with the Sharingan it'd be impossible to follow that. And a simple Kamehameha wave(Easily strong enough to blow a hole through a planet) to Itachi, it'd be done.

Genjutsu won't actually harm your body. Sword also break when they try to penetrate Goku. A little Goku broke an axe to the head just by being hit with it.
