Deidara. c1 might not do much, but c2 can certainly pack a punch. c3 was large enough to be able to take out nearly all of the Sand village, so Kisame should die against c3. c4 will kill Kisame, no matter what he does. And also, Earth Style > Water Style.

True, plus Deidara has the long range fighting preference. Kisame's battle strategy seems to be all out offensive, using brute force to KO opponents quickly. Deidara's ability to fly should be a huge advantage here. I am sure that Kisame could find ways to dodge C1 and C2 clay bombs, but C3 would be a stretch. Kisame probably would not be able to escape C3, considering the scale of the bomb was big enough to destroy Suna if Gaara had not interviened. Then there is C4..... that is a no win situation for Kisame.

It is really hard to tell, since we do not know what Kisame is fully capable of. But, with the info that we have, we can assume that Deidara could win.

I like Kisame here, just something inside telling me that theres a trick to going under water or having a water shield to block the c4. but i'm glad we all agree it would have to at LEAST go to the C-4 :) We don't know if Kisame can summon anything but we DO know that he is stuper strong. he was sent on a SOLO mission to capture the 8 tail ox! yes.. and Deidara made Tobi catch the 3 tail haha.. :D and Kisame also got the 4 tail alone too at 122 i think :D

Yeah, but Deidara's bombs are Earth Style. Water style can't beat Earth Style, so he could make do with C2 alone. If C2 isn't enough, he simply flies out of Kisame's range to prepare C3.

If Deidara send his C1 Birds first Kisame can create Clones to take the hit and go for Deidara while hes busy creating his Dragon.

Or he could use Samehada to drain out the Chakra from the birds or use underground Shark to evade them.

The C1 bird doesn't take much prep time, if any at all. He could make a C1 bird, get on it, and fly up into the air. He could then create a C2 Dragon to ride on in mid-air. In fact, I honestly don't think C2 requires that much prep time. But really, once Deidara's airborne Kisame really has no chance.

Honestly this is debatable if Deidara can do it in time.

If the range would be like 0-30m Kisame can reach him before he finishes his Bird.

I can only decide after I see the fight with killer bee and Kisame. But from what I know of the 2 I would have to say Kisame. Alot of people say it depends were they fight but kisame makes a lake were ever he fights.
