neji:restrictions: no air palm. no kaiten

It is still a miss match. Neji and Choji are both close range combat types and right now Neji is far superior even without his air palm

when using the pills chouji is faster, stronger, and has a much further range with super expansion[which took cm2 jiribo to stop]
along with his longer range before pills and spiky hair boulder witch covers his body in hair thus protecting his chakara points
it's kinda a bad match up[choujji being on top]
so i think choiji [with difficulty]

want a better on choji attacks and Neji pokes him in the (whatever thing he attacks with) and then he can't expand.

he fought the weakest member in the sound four he was slow just like chouji.
chouji doesn't have any spike hair boulder jutsu so no his chakra points can be hit.
one tap from neji and chouji can't expand in what ever he hit. 5 hits and hinata was on her death bed (ten minutes til death) and neji wasn't even serious.

He was pretty impressive when he took the the pills... he was like 100x stronger but he almost died so i dont think hes gonna do taht again...
So i think Neji wins if he gets a hit with his gentle fist...

Speed > Strength. Anyway, Neji can simply block his punches with his chakra defense. I doubt Choji would be able to land a shot to begin with, Neji would probably close his chakra points pretty quick.
i said no kaiten which is nejis ultimate defence
If guys chooji uses baika no jutsu neji can stop it only with kaiten?

of course expansion leaves him wide open and chouji is kinda dull so wouldn't he use it anyway
not to mention that he might not use pills right away

This. And Neji doesn't have Rotation in this fight so he wouldn't be able to block it.
