It's bad, and Kai isn't even licensed in the US. (Kai is the "Answer arcs", and also what you call the "conclusion" to it before the OVA)

Even if you don't like moe, Air and Clannad are still really good.

I thought the Higurashi dub was good... ;_;
I hope FUNi picks up Kai sometime. I'd love to see it! I found the first series to be excellent.

Yeah, Gurren Lagann was pretty good.

One that I like that hasn't been mentioned is Super Demension Fortress Macross, it's pretty good anime. It's a classic though, so the animation isn't as good. But still, it's good...at least I think it is.
